We build websites and online shops

We automate the processes: the routine goes into the system, the decisions stay with people.

  1. Sale on the site
  2. Admin approval
  3. Automated processing

Recognise yourself?

The problem

  1. A client judges you by the site, and the site is years behind
  2. Half of what the company does today is not on it
  3. The form does not arrive, pages load slowly, links are broken

The solution

  1. We work out what on the site is alive and what is left from before
  2. We build the structure around the services that sell today
  3. We move you to WordPress: you edit texts and prices yourself

Outcome

The site shows the company as it is now. Texts, prices and images you change yourself; a developer is needed where new mechanics appear.

The problem

  1. An order arrives as a message and is retyped into stock and books
  2. Stock is checked by message: the site and the sheet disagree
  3. The history is kept nowhere, and a mistake surfaces a week later

The solution

  1. Catalogue and basket on WooCommerce: an order needs no conversation
  2. We connect the shop to stock, the books and delivery
  3. The exchange runs on a schedule, so gaps show up at once

Outcome

The customer chooses and pays without help, at any hour, and from there the order moves without retyping. The ones that arrive at night and at weekends move without a member of staff.

The problem

  1. The site does not come up for the services it offers
  2. The AI models people ask for advice do not know you
  3. Enquiries come only from people who already knew the name

The solution

  1. We build pages around the queries people actually type
  2. We write the structured data search engines and AI models read
  3. We connect Search Console: you see what grows and what does not

Outcome

Structure, markup and texts are put together so search engines and AI models understand the company without guessing. We do not promise first place in a week.

The problem

  1. Reports, invoices and spreadsheets are filled in by hand every day
  2. One person knows how it is done, and there is no written procedure
  3. They go on holiday and everything stops

The solution

  1. We take the routine apart step by step, source by source
  2. Repeating work goes into a system: documents assemble themselves
  3. Decisions stay with people; the record-keeping goes to the system

Outcome

The hours that went into moving numbers around come back as working time. A new hire is up to speed in days rather than months.

1

Consultation

Free. We take the project apart and pick out the key points to automate.

2

Audit

We plan the build: we single out the key processes and draw up a schedule.

3

Prototype and design

Page by page we work through the interface and the path a user takes.

4

Build

We build the system to the plan and the design, and connect it to what runs.

5

Testing

We test with you before launch: you work in it and send back what to fix.

6

Support

We look after the project: we fix, update and extend it for new tasks.

  • Because no two jobs are the same. A shop with 200 products and a shop with 20,000 that exchanges data with three systems cost different money. We quote after the audit, once it is clear what we are building.
  • Your process taken apart step by step: which systems are involved, what is moved by hand, where the numbers disagree. What comes out of it is a plan of work, a quote and an order to do it in.
  • Warehouse and accounting software, couriers, bank links, CRMs, marketplaces. If a system has an API or an export, we connect it. If it has neither, we find out during the audit.
  • Yes, and it is a common arrangement. We take the part that is not their priority — usually the integrations and the data exchange. The boundary is agreed during the audit so nobody gets in anybody else's way.
  • You do. The code, the server, the domain and every account are registered in your name.
  • It depends on the size of it. We give dates after the audit — any number before that would be invented.
  • We stay in touch. We watch the data moving, and extend the parts that need it when the process changes. Terms for that are agreed separately.
